Realizzazione di intonaco deumidificante a base di calce naturale per esterni su pareti verticali formato da un primo strato di rinzaffo, da un secondo strato tirato in piano con successiva rasatura finale.  <br><br>3) <strong>MANTO DI COPERTURA<\/strong>: Smantellamento completo dell\u2019intero manto di copertura. Fornitura e posa in opera di nuova orditura principale e secondaria dell\u2019intero tetto compreso di assito sovrastante, membrana bituminosa da 4 mm armata in poliestere con caratteristiche tecniche certificate in AGREEMENT \u2013 20gradi, listellatura e coppi nuovi. <em> Superficie complessiva della copertura mq 250,00. <\/em><\/p><p>4)<strong> REALIZZAZIONE DI LINEA VITA INDERFORMABILE SUL MANTO DI COPERTURA DELL&rsquo;INTERO EDIFICIO CONDOMINIALE<\/strong><\/p><p>5) <strong>Realizzazione di cordolo perimetrale<\/strong> con dormiente in legno secondo i canoni strutturali sull\u2019intero edificio per appoggio di nuovo manto di copertura.<\/p><p>6) <strong>ISOLAMENTO SOTTOTETTO: <\/strong>Fornitura e posa in opera di doppio strato incrociato di rotoli di lana di vetro spessore 8 cm per complessivi 16 cm di isolamento. <em>Superficie complessiva mq. 220,00.<\/em><\/p><p>7)<strong> Posa di grondaie, pluviale e realizzazione di teste di camino<\/strong> in mattoni anticati con sovrastante manto di copertura in coppi, compreso di faldine in rame saldata e graffata.<\/p><p>8) <strong>LAVAGGIO DELLE FACCIATE:<\/strong> Lavaggio con idro-pulitrice ad acqua fredda al fine di asportare tutte le impurit\u00e0 presenti sui prospetti<br>dell\u2019edificio. <em>Superficie complessiva mq. 645,00.<\/em><\/p><p>9)<strong> Tinteggiatura di pareti esterne con idropittura<\/strong> a base di silicati di potassio, pigmenti inorganici selezionati e cariche minerali, non filmogena ma permeabile all\u2019acqua ed al vapore acqueo, a due strati in tinta unica su
